Role: Dispatch Executive Department: Dispatch Location: Santej, Ahmedabad Experience: 0&ndash;2 Years Education: B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or related field Salary: ₹2.4 &ndash; ₹4.0 LPAKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate dispatch operations for finished goods and semi-finished goods as per dispatch schedules.</li><li>Ensure order-wise picking, packing, and labeling are done accurately and as per SOPs.</li><li>Verify dispatch documents including invoice, challan, packing list, and transporter details.</li><li>Coordinate with Stores, QA/QC, and Production to ensure material release and dispatch readiness.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and packing of goods to prevent damage, leakage, or transit loss.</li><li>Maintain dispatch records and update real-time data in Excel or ERP systems.</li><li>Monitor transporter coordination, vehicle scheduling, and timely dispatch of consignments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GWP, safety norms, and hygiene standards in the dispatch area.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports, including pending and completed orders.</li><li>Handle basic returns, shortages, or dispatch discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Basic understanding of dispatch processes, documentation, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of GWP and pharma/cosmetics compliance is an added advantage.</li><li>Good coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>FIFO: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Gujarati (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
