Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoice generation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should ensure accuracy in billing, timely documentation, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process sales invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain billing records, invoices, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for billing confirmation
• Verify pricing, quantities, GST details, and customer information before billing
• Handle basic GST-related billing requirements
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to invoices
• Ensure proper filing and record maintenance for audits
• Support accounts team with billing-related reports when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce or Accounting
• 0–2 years of experience in billing or accounts support
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Basic communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
