 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients, consultants, designers, and procurement teams. The role requires a deep understanding of
 
 contract furniture and FF&amp;E sales
 
 , strong commercial judgement, and the ability to navigate complex procurement and tendering processes.
 
 
 Multiple positions are available, each aligned to specific project portfolios and client groups.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Business Development &amp; Account Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with developers, hospitality operators, institutional clients, consultants, and design firms
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across the full sales cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and long-term opportunities through proactive market engagement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project &amp; Specification Sales
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive early-stage engagement to secure product specifications and inclusion in FF&amp;E packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to influence product selection
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project discussions from initial concept alignment through commercial closure
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Commercial &amp; Contract Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, timelines, and commercial conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure projects are commercially viable and aligned with company margin expectations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Internal Coordination &amp; Delivery Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project timelines, approvals, and delivery milestones to support successful execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Address issues proactively to minimize risk and maintain client satisfaction
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Market Intelligence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Track market trends, competitor activity, and client developments to support strategic decision-making
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 8&ndash;10 years of B2B sales experience
 
 in contract furniture, FF&amp;E, interiors, or related building products
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing
 
 large-scale, project-based sales
 
 and long sales cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of specification-led selling, tendering, and procurement processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Established industry network within hospitality, institutional, or developer environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, confident, and credible senior client-facing presence
 </li>
