FF&E Sales Designer

Our client, a leading luxury furniture and interiors brand in the region , is looking to hire an FF&E Sales Designer to join its flagship showroom team in Dubai.

This role combines design coordination, client-facing support, and project execution , working closely with sales and operations teams on premium residential and hospitality furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and detailed schedules aligned with client briefs
• Support the sales team with design-led FF&E solutions for live and upcoming projects
• Prepare specifications, layouts, and technical documentation for approvals and procurement
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers on pricing, samples, lead times, and customization
• Assist with client presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and design discussions
• Support delivery and installation coordination to ensure FF&E execution aligns with approved designs
• Stay updated on FF&E trends, materials, finishes, and supplier innovations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FF&E, furniture design, or interior design within contract or luxury projects
• Strong understanding of furniture, finishes, materials, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD+T (basic), or similar design tools
• Experience with residential or hospitality projects preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail
• Professional, client-facing presence
