This role involves supervising sales activities, building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely service, and supporting the overall growth of the farm/agricultural sales division. The supervisor will act as the main point of contact for all farm-related customers and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, warehouse, delivery, and operations.Key Responsibilities1. Client Management (Agriculture &amp; Farm Sector)<ul><li>Manage and maintain relationships with all farm and agriculture clients.</li><li>Visit farm clients regularly to understand their needs, product requirements, and operational challenges.</li><li>Handle client inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent service.</li><li>Resolve any issues related to delivery, product quality, or account management.</li></ul>2. Sales Supervision<ul><li>Lead and supervise the sales team assigned to agricultural clients.</li><li>Assign daily sales tasks, routes, and customer follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure sales targets for farm/agriculture clients are met.</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.</li></ul>3. Sales Operations &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order processing.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of seeds, fertilizers, feed, tools, or any agriculture-related products.</li><li>Follow up on inventory availability and communicate with clients regarding stock updates.</li></ul>4. Market Development<ul><li>Identify new farm clients, distributors, and agricultural businesses to expand the customer base.</li><li>Monitor market trends, seasonal demands, and competitor activities in the agriculture sector.</li><li>Suggest new products or sales strategies based on market requirements.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for farm/agriculture accounts.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, visits, quotations, and sales transactions.</li><li>Provide regular updates to management on client performance and sales growth.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, farm supplies, or related industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, feed, tools, irrigation, chemicals, etc.).</li><li>Experience in handling farm clients and understanding their seasonal requirements.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Valid driving license for field visits.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Agricultural Product Knowledge</li><li>Sales Team Supervision</li><li>Market Awareness in Agriculture/Farm Sector</li><li>Problem-Solving &amp; Decision Making</li><li>Communication &amp; Negotiation Skills</li><li>Time Management and Planning</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
