This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, RBI/SEBI compliances, fintech regulations, drafting, and due diligence. You will work closely with our in-house legal and compliance teams on real projects impacting business operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.</li><li>Research on RBI, SEBI, MCA, and fintech-related regulations.</li><li>Support the compliance team with company filings and documentation.</li><li>Help prepare legal summaries, case notes, and internal reports.</li><li>Assist in maintaining corporate records and due diligence checklists.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and review.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Law student pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB (3rd year or above preferred).</li><li>Strong interest in Fintech, Corporate, and Technology Law.</li><li>Excellent legal research and drafting skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Practical exposure to corporate and fintech legal frameworks.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced legal and compliance professionals.</li><li>Certificate of Internship upon completion.</li><li>Possibility of pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;8,596.03 - &#8377;23,387.83 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
