Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience to drive business growth at Jangras Corporation. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, onboarding merchants and partners, pitching fintech solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are passionate about fintech and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, field sales, and professional networking
  • Onboard merchants, partners, and corporate clients for Jangras Corporation’s fintech and technology offerings
  • Pitch and demonstrate fintech solutions including payment systems, APIs, platforms, and digital financial products
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, agreements, and other business documentation
  • Maintain and update leads, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor products, market developments, and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
  • Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, SaaS, or API-based products is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical and fintech concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner
  • Familiarity with merchant acquisition, B2B sales, or channel sales models
  • Basic understanding of UPI, digital payments, APIs, or financial services is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with fintech startups, payment aggregators, or financial institutions
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Exposure to enterprise or corporate client handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,654.19 - ₹42,950.90 per month
