Office AdministratorWe are seeking an organized and professional Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and visitor reception.</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document management.</li><li>Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking.</li><li>Support office administration, supply ordering, and general clerical duties.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous office administration or clerical experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service experience.</li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
