In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates for our current and upcoming projectsWhat We Look For (Requirements)<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.</li><li>Software: Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, CostX, or PlanSwift).</li><li>Skills: Strong knowledge of local UAE market rates, supplier networks, and FIDIC contracts.</li><li>Traits: Sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
