Estmation Engineer - MEP

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The candidate will analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities :

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for MEP works

* Review MEP drawings and specifications (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV)

* Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

* Maintain estimation databases and cost records

* Proficiency in Software - Planswift, AutoCad etc

Requirements :

Minimum 2 + Years of UAE experience in MEP estimation and tender preparation
