Role: Estimation Engineer - MEP

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects including offices, hospitality, healthcare and retail. The role requires expertise in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbig, FLS and IT works.

Key Responsibilities

· Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate and detailed MEP cost estimates.

· Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP and FLS trades.

· Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining compliance with project specifications.

· Obtain and evaluate quotations from MEP suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) where clarification is required.

· Maintain organized and accurate estimation records and documentation.

· Revise and update quotations based on client comments, design changes, or project requirements.

· Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process.

· Ensure all estimates are submitted within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in;

· Mechanical Engineering

· Electrical Engineering

· Or a related discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in an established interior fit-out company in similar role

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift and Microsoft Office applications

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
