<div>About the Role: 
We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations and support our clinical and HR teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great with communication, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support daily administrative operations and assist management as needed.</li><li>
Handle onboarding documents, employment forms, and HR files for new hires (including RBTs and BCBAs).</li><li>
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with offer letter coordination.</li><li>
Maintain internal databases, update staff schedules, and organize digital files</li><li>
Prepare and send internal communications and emails to staff, partners, and vendors.</li><li>
Help with timesheet collection and payroll tracking.</li><li>
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.</li><li>
Assist with office supplies, invoices, and vendor communications.</li><li>
Provide general support to the Operations and Clinical teams as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
1+ year of administrative or office experience (healthcare or ABA experience preferred).</li><li>
Strong communication and organization skills.</li><li>
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and email correspondence.</li><li>
Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment.</li></ul>
Schedule: 
Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday</div>
