About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations and support our clinical and HR teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great with communication, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative operations and assist management as needed.
Handle onboarding documents, employment forms, and HR files for new hires (including RBTs and BCBAs).
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with offer letter coordination.
Maintain internal databases, update staff schedules, and organize digital files
Prepare and send internal communications and emails to staff, partners, and vendors.
Help with timesheet collection and payroll tracking.
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
Assist with office supplies, invoices, and vendor communications.
Provide general support to the Operations and Clinical teams as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative or office experience (healthcare or ABA experience preferred).
Strong communication and organization skills.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and email correspondence.
Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
