Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate on boarding and off boarding processes.</li><li>Maintain and update Statutory records, both physical and digital.</li><li>Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and other relevant data.</li><li>Basic salary process knowledge.</li><li>Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.</li></ul>Preferred candidate profile<ul><li>Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience candidates required</li><li>Skill required - Computer word, Excel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industry market trends and conditions</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and social skills</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must have two wheeler license.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
