Overview Join the team where Southern California cool meets elevated style. We're looking for a fashion-forward, people-loving, multitasking pro to be the face of both our boutique and salon. The right candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about retail styling and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique setting, loves styling clients, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn commission on product and fashion sales.Duties<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.</li><li>Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and front desk flow</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.</li><li>Assist customers with product selection</li><li>Style boutique clients and recommend product pairings</li><li>Ring sales accurately and meet individual sales goals</li><li>Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.</li><li>Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Assist with inventory, product receiving, and tagging</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of retail or boutique experience (fashion preferred)</li><li>Front desk or hospitality experience is a plus</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and follow-through</li><li>Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented</li><li>Weekend availability required</li><li>Familiarity with salon systems like is a bonus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.</li><li>Willingness to learn is essential..</li><li>Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings</li></ul>Join us in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while developing your skills in a supportive environment!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
