Retail Boutique Stylist + Salon Sales Associate

The right candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about retail styling and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique setting, loves styling clients, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn commission on product and fashion sales.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and front desk flow
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist customers with product selection
• Style boutique clients and recommend product pairings
• Ring sales accurately and meet individual sales goals
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Assist with inventory, product receiving, and tagging
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or boutique experience (fashion preferred)
• Front desk or hospitality experience is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and follow-through
• Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
• Familiarity with salon systems like is a bonus
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn is essential..
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings
