Role:Project Manager for road and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet safety and regulatory standards. Team Management.Responsibilities:1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Monitor progress to ensure timely and quality completion.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.</li></ul>2. Site Supervision &amp; Management<ul><li>Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.</li><li>Manage materials, manpower, and machinery on site.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.</li></ul>3. Quality &amp; Safety Control<ul><li>Implement quality checks as per specifications and drawings.</li><li>Enforce safety standards and ensure zero accidents at the site.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams.</li><li>Conduct progress meetings and update stakeholders on project status.</li><li>Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain records of site activities, materials, and work progress.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.</li></ul>6.
