Project Manager

Role:

Project Manager for road and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet safety and regulatory standards.
Team Management.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

2. Site Supervision & Management

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Manage materials, manpower, and machinery on site.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.

3. Quality & Safety Control

• Implement quality checks as per specifications and drawings.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure zero accidents at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct progress meetings and update stakeholders on project status.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of site activities, materials, and work progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

6. Cost & Resource Management

• Track project expenses and control cost overruns.
• Optimise use of materials and workforce to maintain efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹611,162.69 - ₹2,099,296.42 per year
