<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in EV systems.</li> <li>Analyze and interpret data from high-voltage systems, battery packs, motors, and charging units.</li> <li>Use specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify root causes of failures.</li> <li>Develop and implement repair plans and standard operating procedures for EV-specific components.</li> <li>Work closely with technicians, service teams, and fellow engineers to resolve vehicle issues and optimize performance.</li> <li>Stay current with evolving EV technologies, OEM standards, and industry trends.</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagnostic reports, and service records.</li> <li>Conduct training sessions for technicians and internal teams on EV diagnostic techniques and repair methodologies.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all diagnostic and repair activities.</li> <li>Support remote troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to service partners and customers via phone or video.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for diagnostic tools, processes, and systems.</li> </ul>
