As the primary architect of our event strategies, you will oversee the conceptualization and execution of large-scale corporate functions, international conferences, and luxury private events in one of the world's most dynamic event hubs.The ideal candidate is a master of &quot;logistical choreography&quot;&mdash;someone who can balance the creative demands of high-profile clients with the operational rigor required to manage multi-million Qatari Riyal budgets and complex international supply chains.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an annual events roadmap that aligns with Qatar&rsquo;s National Vision 2030 and JC Events&rsquo; global expansion goals.</li><li>Full-Lifecycle Oversight: Direct all phases of event production, from initial bidding and site inspections to on-site coordination and post-event ROI analysis.</li><li>Financial Management: Oversee the department&rsquo;s P&amp;L, utilizing advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, Macros) to monitor project-based spending, vendor contracts, and profit margins.</li><li>Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for high-net-worth individuals, government entities, and international corporate stakeholders, reporting directly to the 18th-floor executive team.</li><li>Team Mentorship: Lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of event planners, technical directors, and marketing specialists, fostering a culture of authenticity and &quot;slow-burn&quot; relationship building.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Logistics Coordination: Negotiate and manage contracts with premium venues, catering partners, and global logistics providers to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Risk &amp; Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Qatar&rsquo;s safety regulations, public assembly laws, and international health and security standards.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 12+ years in events management or high-end hospitality, with at least 6 years in a directorial or senior leadership role within the Middle East.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of event management software (Cvent or similar) and deep experience with ERP systems (D365) for resource scheduling.</li><li>Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
