Location: West Midlands Working Pattern: Hybrid (2&ndash;3 days per week onsite) Contract Type: Permanent RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Onboarding Systems Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating onboarding processes through our HR and recruitment systems, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and systems experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across multiple departments.</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment checks, including right-to-work documentation, references, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update onboarding, HR, and recruitment systems, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Generate contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for new starters throughout their onboarding journey.</li><li>Liaise with hiring managers, HR teams, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.</li><li>Produce onboarding reports and system data for management review.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding processes and system efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies when handling employee information.</li></ul>You'll be a proactive and organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong systems skills.Essential Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in onboarding, HR administration, recruitment administration, or a similar coordination role.</li><li>Experience working with HR, recruitment, or onboarding systems.</li><li>Strong administrative and organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS).</li><li>Knowledge of employment compliance and onboarding best practices.</li><li>Experience supporting recruitment or HR teams.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Hybrid working model.</li><li>Opportunity to gain experience within a growing organisation.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Potential for the role to become permanent.</li><li>Ongoing training and development opportunities.</li></ul>If you thrive in a process-driven environment and enjoy delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, we'd love to hear from you.Pay: &pound;25,000.00-&pound;35,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Coventry CV7 8PE
