Join us to shape vibrant online narratives that resonate and inspire!&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities.</li><li>Help develop and refresh/relaunch our website.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; leverage this data to refine content strategies.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to enhance discoverability on search engines and within platform algorithms.</li><li>Collaborate with key manageent team.</li><li>Track campaign performance through analytics dashboards; prepare reports highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and growth trends.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices; continuously innovate to keep our content fresh and relevant.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing software is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.</li><li>Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content accuracy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of branding principles, public relations strategies, and digital marketing best practices is highly desirable.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content&mdash;photography skills are advantageous.
