 We&rsquo;re a wholesaler and distributor in the Fine/Bridge Jewelry industry. We specialize in brand support under the top three United States-based television shopping channels, with additional accounts in traditional retail and e-commerce. We have an opening for a Supply Chain Logistics Assistant position at our headquarters in New York City. Our ideal candidate is a self-directed, highly motivated individual looking to join a collaborative team and help us excel in this exciting industry while gaining significant cross-functional experience. This role includes (but is not limited to) the following core responsibilities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Inventory:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Daily monitoring and processing of customer returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking and processing incoming vendor orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating Return and Repair documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
 </li>
 <li>
 Biannual Inventory Counts
 </li>
 <li>
 Process customer RTVs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ecommerce:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track the timeline of new products on a monthly rotation from introduction to listing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track sales performance on new, on-trend, and bestselling items
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reorders to restock in-demand styles
 </li>
 <li>
 Help in creating and monitoring product listings
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating Purchase orders/ purchase invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating memos and shipments for photography
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing customer orders/ printing labels
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize pending outgoing shipments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements for the position include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 years experience in inventory related work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Wholesale inventory software (RightClick preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical proficiency includes a basic understanding of Excel and learning new software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high-quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent record keeping.
 </li>
