Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead and supervise civil construction activities at site.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction schedules.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings and project timelines.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Design Review<ul><li>Verify structural and civil drawings for accuracy and constructability.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.</li><li>Handle design changes and provide technical solutions on site.</li></ul>Quality Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, codes, and specifications.</li><li>Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety regulations.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Billing<ul><li>Monitor material consumption and control wastage.</li><li>Verify contractor bills, measurements, and RA bills.</li><li>Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering.</li></ul>Contractor &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and resolve site issues.</li><li>Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and reports.</li><li>Support audits and inspections as required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
