Sr. Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead and supervise civil construction activities at site.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction schedules.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings and project timelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Technical & Design Review

• Verify structural and civil drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
• Handle design changes and provide technical solutions on site.

Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, codes, and specifications.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety regulations.

Cost Control & Billing

• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and RA bills.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering.

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve site issues.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and reports.
• Support audits and inspections as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
