You will communicate well with your crew, uphold crew morale, and lead your crew by example.Responsibilities<ul><li>Mow, trim, edge, blow, and detail properties to our quality in a timely manner</li><li>Weed and maintain landscape beds</li><li>Prune/trim shrubs and small ornamentals (as trained)</li><li>Perform and record scheduled maintenance for Vehicles, Equipment, and Tools</li><li>Perform basic daily checks on equipment and report issues promptly</li><li>Follow jobsite safety rules and PPE requirements</li><li>Work efficiently as a team and communicate professionally</li><li>Receive and communicate daily tasks to your crew</li><li>Maintain positive crew morale and integrity</li><li>Utilize mobile app for routing, and time tracking</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Dependable, on-time, strong work ethic</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day</li><li>Willingness to learn, change, adapt, and follow quality and safety standards</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Prior lawn care/landscape maintenance experience</li><li>Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Paid holidays (New Year&rsquo;s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)</li><li>1 week paid time off</li><li>8 unpaid sick/personal days annually (no more than 2 in the first 30 days unless documented extreme circumstances)</li><li>Professional work environment</li><li>Training and opportunities to grow into higher responsibility</li><li>Professional and Personal development opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
