Job Summary

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead, you will deliver detailed, premium-quality maintenance services listed below. You will communicate well with your crew, uphold crew morale, and lead your crew by example.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, blow, and detail properties to our quality in a timely manner
• Weed and maintain landscape beds
• Prune/trim shrubs and small ornamentals (as trained)
• Perform and record scheduled maintenance for Vehicles, Equipment, and Tools
• Perform basic daily checks on equipment and report issues promptly
• Follow jobsite safety rules and PPE requirements
• Work efficiently as a team and communicate professionally
• Receive and communicate daily tasks to your crew
• Maintain positive crew morale and integrity
• Utilize mobile app for routing, and time tracking

Qualifications

• Dependable, on-time, strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willingness to learn, change, adapt, and follow quality and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license
• Prior lawn care/landscape maintenance experience
• Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
