Skilled Landscape Laborer

Overview
Realty Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and are committed to safety and teamwork.

Job duties

• Perform landscape installation, including but not limited to planting, mulching, grading, and sod installation
• Perform landscape maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, edging, tree pruning, hedge trimming, fertilizing, and weeding
• Operate professional-grade landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools
• Assist with hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, walkways, water features, etc.)
• Perform seasonal services, including spring/fall cleanups and snow/ice removal as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and adhere to safety protocols
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Ability to operate professional-grade landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions, work in a team environment, and interact professionally with clients

Pay Range

$19.00-$24.00/hr, $28.50-$36.00/hr OT

Weekly pay

Raise at employer’s discretion

Wage maybe higher on specific public works projects

Daily Schedule

6:30 am-430pm

Monday-Thursday, Some Fridays & weekends required

Overtime varies

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
