Full job descriptionThe Group Home Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations within a residential group home setting. This role ensures efficient office management, regulatory compliance, accurate recordkeeping, and coordination between staff, residents, families, and external agencies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in healthcare or human services administration.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential resident records in compliance with state and federal regulations</li><li>Coordinate staff schedules, track attendance, and assist with payroll documentation</li><li>Serve as a liaison between management, staff, residents, families, and external providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, audits, and internal policies</li><li>Prepare reports, incident documentation, and administrative summaries</li><li>Monitor office supplies and manage inventory and ordering</li><li>Support onboarding and training documentation for new hires</li><li>Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping as needed</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience (experience in group homes, healthcare, or human services preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic record systems</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
