The IT Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role bridges technical implementation and project coordination, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage IT projects across infrastructure, applications, networking, and security domains.</li><li>Gather and analyze business and technical requirements; translate them into project plans and technical designs.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Install, configure, test, and deploy IT systems and solutions.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security, quality, and change management standards.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and handover materials.</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The IT Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to end users. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and standard business applications by troubleshooting issues, installing hardware/software, and maintaining IT assets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software applications</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues</li><li>Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory / Azure AD)</li><li>Support email systems (Outlook, Microsoft 365) and collaboration tools</li><li>Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management</li><li>Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors</li><li>Assist with new employee onboarding and IT setup</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;27,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
