The IT Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to end users. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and standard business applications by troubleshooting issues, installing hardware/software, and maintaining IT assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software applications
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory / Azure AD)
  • Support email systems (Outlook, Microsoft 365) and collaboration tools
  • Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and IT setup
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
