Right now, we&rsquo;re expanding our presence on TikTok Live and building a team of on-camera personalities to help grow this channel.We are actively hiring multiple hosts as we scale.The RoleThis is an on-camera, live streaming role.You&rsquo;ll be:<ul><li>interacting with viewers in real time</li><li>responding to chat</li><li>keeping energy high</li><li>showcasing products in a way that feels natural and engaging</li></ul>This is not a passive content role&mdash;you are live, in the moment, and responsible for keeping people watching.There is also a sales component to this role. Your ability to engage viewers and convert attention into purchases will directly impact your success.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Go live on TikTok and engage with viewers in real time</li><li>Build energy and keep people watching for extended periods</li><li>Respond to comments, questions, and audience interaction</li><li>Showcase products in a natural, engaging way</li><li>Work with the team on content ideas, structure, and improvements</li><li>Continuously improve your on-camera presence and performance</li></ul>Schedule / AvailabilityWe are actively building coverage across live hours:<ul><li>9:00 AM &ndash; 10:00 PM, Sunday &ndash; Saturday</li><li>Full-time and part-time shifts available within this window</li><li>Weekends and evenings are available</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Comfortable and confident on camera</li><li>Strong communication skills and natural energy</li><li>Ability to engage with an audience in real time</li><li>Quick thinker who can adapt on the fly</li><li>Reliable and able to work independently</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming, or social media is a plus</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$18&ndash;$20/hour base pay</li><li>Performance-based commission tied to live sales</li><li>Additional upside for strong performance</li></ul>The more effectively you engage and convert viewers, the more you can earn.What It&rsquo;s Like Working HereWe take the work seriously&hellip; but not ourselves.This role feels a lot like performing&mdash;except the audience is real and the results matter.
