We move fast, test aggressively, and actually enjoy what we’re building. Right now, we’re expanding our presence on TikTok Live and building a team of on-camera personalities to help grow this channel.

We are actively hiring multiple hosts as we scale.

The Role

This is an on-camera, live streaming role.

You’ll be:

• interacting with viewers in real time
• responding to chat
• keeping energy high
• showcasing products in a way that feels natural and engaging

This is not a passive content role—you are live, in the moment, and responsible for keeping people watching.

There is also a sales component to this role. Your ability to engage viewers and convert attention into purchases will directly impact your success.

What You’ll Do

• Go live on TikTok and engage with viewers in real time
• Build energy and keep people watching for extended periods
• Respond to comments, questions, and audience interaction
• Showcase products in a natural, engaging way
• Work with the team on content ideas, structure, and improvements
• Continuously improve your on-camera presence and performance

Schedule / Availability

We are actively building coverage across live hours:

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday – Saturday
• Full-time and part-time shifts available within this window
• Weekends and evenings are available

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Strong communication skills and natural energy
• Ability to engage with an audience in real time
• Quick thinker who can adapt on the fly
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming, or social media is a plus

Compensation

• $18–$20/hour base pay
• Performance-based commission tied to live sales
• Additional upside for strong performance

The more effectively you engage and convert viewers, the more you can earn.
