Always.</li><li>Everyone has a voice.</li><li>We do what we say we're going to do, when we say we're going to do it.</li><li>Client-focused problem solvers.</li></ul>The full-time Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal will field telephone calls from clients, conduct estate planning signing appointments in-person, draft estate planning documents, probate forms, and deeds, correspond with clients regarding the status of their matter, calendar appointments and deadlines, organize and manage client&rsquo;s probate files, record and file documents, and occasionally travel to the courthouse for filings or research.We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team but can also work autonomously; who enjoys developing relationships with and connecting with clients personally; who is an excellent researcher, writer, and proofreader in order to deliver error-free quality work to our clients; who is able to proactively prioritize and multitask in order to meet internal and external deadlines; who takes ownership of their work; who is detail-oriented; who does things without a supervisor asking; and who is positive and creative to help our firm continue to grow.At least one year of experience as an estate planning and probate paralegal is required. Salary range is $55,000 - $80,000 commensurate with additional experience or skills.
