Experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal

The full-time Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal will field telephone calls from clients, conduct estate planning signing appointments in-person, draft estate planning documents, probate forms, and deeds, correspond with clients regarding the status of their matter, calendar appointments and deadlines, organize and manage client’s probate files, record and file documents, and occasionally travel to the courthouse for filings or research.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team but can also work autonomously; who enjoys developing relationships with and connecting with clients personally; who is an excellent researcher, writer, and proofreader in order to deliver error-free quality work to our clients; who is able to proactively prioritize and multitask in order to meet internal and external deadlines; who takes ownership of their work; who is detail-oriented; who does things without a supervisor asking; and who is positive and creative to help our firm continue to grow.

At least one year of experience as an estate planning and probate paralegal is required. Salary range is $55,000 - $80,000 commensurate with additional experience or skills. Please do not respond to this job posting if you do not meet the experience requirements - you will not hear back from us.
