This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and contribute to our organization&rsquo;s growth through meticulous analysis and project management expertise.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to support decision-making processes.</li><li>Design and implement database solutions, including database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.</li><li>Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools such as Talend to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.</li><li>Manage projects within Agile frameworks, coordinating tasks across teams while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.</li><li>Facilitate the integration of linked data sources for enhanced analytics capabilities and improved data consistency across platforms.</li><li>Support the development of analytical models by applying statistical techniques and analysis skills to uncover insights that drive strategic initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of project management principles within an Agile environment.</li><li>Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling dashboards and reports.</li><li>Solid knowledge of SQL for querying databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle; familiarity with database design principles is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ETL processes using tools like Talend or similar platforms; ability to handle large datasets efficiently.</li><li>Programming skills in R, Python, VBA or Bash (Unix shell) for advanced data analysis and automation tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with SDLC methodologies to manage project lifecycle from planning through deployment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities to translate technical findings into clear business insights.</li><li>Experience working with linked data sources and understanding of analytics concepts is highly desirable.
