Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to support decision-making processes.
Design and implement database solutions, including database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools such as Talend to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
Manage projects within Agile frameworks, coordinating tasks across teams while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
Facilitate the integration of linked data sources for enhanced analytics capabilities and improved data consistency across platforms.
Support the development of analytical models by applying statistical techniques and analysis skills to uncover insights that drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of project management principles within an Agile environment.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling dashboards and reports.
Solid knowledge of SQL for querying databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle; familiarity with database design principles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with ETL processes using tools like Talend or similar platforms; ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Programming skills in R, Python, VBA or Bash (Unix shell) for advanced data analysis and automation tasks.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies to manage project lifecycle from planning through deployment.
Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
Experience working with linked data sources and understanding of analytics concepts is highly desirable.
