HR CoordinatorPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pmPosition SummaryThe HR Coordinator provides administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and strong department organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare new hire packets, badges, onboarding materials.</li><li>Enter HRIS updates, status changes, and employee file maintenance.</li><li>Schedule interviews, orientations, and training events.</li><li>Assist with sending offer letters, managing background checks, drug screens, physicals.</li><li>Ensure I-9 and compliance documentation accuracy.</li><li>Support payroll and benefits with data entry.</li><li>Audit daily timecards for errors or missing punches.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries and redirect them as appropriate.</li><li>Follow established recruiting and onboarding processes and documentation standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of administrative or HR support experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with HRIS or payroll systems.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
