Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy, with strong multitasking abilities and excellent time-management skills. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, training programs, conferences, and VIP engagements</li><li>Handle event-related administrative tasks including schedules, checklists, proposals, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event requirements</li><li>Support guest management including invitations, confirmations, registrations, and attendee databases</li><li>Prepare event materials such as agendas, badges, certificates, presentations, and welcome kits</li><li>Manage event calendars, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for speakers, VIPs, and delegates</li><li>Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and assist with quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups</li><li>Support on-site event coordination, registration desks, and protocol arrangements when required</li><li>Handle post-event activities including feedback collection, reporting, documentation, and thank-you communications</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Strong English skills: Arabic is a plus</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the events industry.</li><li>Strong communication, time management, negotiation, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours</li><li>Leadership skills &amp; creativity in problem-solving and task execution</li></ul>Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Social Media: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their CV and a brief introduction to:Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2500.00 - 3,500 per monthAccommodation: Live-inLocation: Al QuozJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
