The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The role ensures that civil, finishing, and MEP works are executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and within project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise construction work for residential buildings (towers, villas, row houses, etc.) from foundation to finishing stage.Coordinate with contractors, labor, vendors, and engineers for smooth site operations.Ensure quality of civil, structural, finishing, and interior works as per specifications.Monitor material usage, deliveries, and stock to avoid delays or wastage.Maintain daily progress reports, labor records, and site checklists.Conduct regular quality checks for plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, and electrical works.Ensure compliance with RERA requirements, safety protocols, and local authority regulations.Identify and escalate issues related to delays, rework, or quality deviations to Project Manager.Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients when required.Support project handover by ensuring snag-free finishing and documentation.Skills &amp; CompetenciesStrong understanding of residential construction processes (civil + finishing).Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.Good communication and team coordination skills.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Hands-on site management with leadership qualities.Qualification &amp; ExperienceDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.4&ndash;6 years of experience as Site Supervisor in residential real estate projects.Experience in high-rise construction and finishing works preferred.Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be a B.E. Civil graduate from a well known University. The role involves assisting in planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality of complete civil works at site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and other interior-related works.Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and within deadlines.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of finishing activities.Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements, and progress reports.Conduct snagging and de-snagging for handover readiness.Maintain proper documentation of site activities and finishing checklists.Support senior engineers in resolving finishing-related technical/site issues.Qualifications:B.E.
