Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be a B.E. Civil graduate from a well known University. The role involves assisting in planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality of complete civil works at site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and other interior-related works.

Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and within deadlines.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of finishing activities.

Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements, and progress reports.

Conduct snagging and de-snagging for handover readiness.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities and finishing checklists.

Support senior engineers in resolving finishing-related technical/site issues.

Qualifications:

B.E. Civil Engineering.

4-6 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of finishing materials, BOQ, quality checks, and site measurements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

Eye for detail with strong quality orientation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
