Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer cum Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, estimating, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HVAC systems across various projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, cost analysis abilities, and a solid understanding of energy efficiency and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems including load calculations and equipment selection.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare detailed project estimates (materials, labor, equipment, and overall costs).
• Perform project cost analysis to ensure profitability and feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC systems into designs.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, codes, and regulations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC design, estimation, and installation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HVAC design and estimation software.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies & sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
