I am reaching out about a job opening for a COMPUTER ACCOUNTANT / ERP SOFTWARE USER position at our STORE, as mentioned above.please get in touch if you are interested.&#9679;Accommodation available for male+235-40000 /month&#9632;REQUIREMENT:-&#9632;Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry.&#9632;Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.&#9632;In-depth knowledge of different types of jewellery .Job Role -&#9679;Having In-depth knowledge of different types of jewellery through sofware&#9679;Manage stock inward out through sofware&#9679;Hallmarking of each and every product through staff through sofware&#9679;Customer greeting through sofware and live&#9679;Management of online customers through sofware&#9679;Management of orders through sofware&#9679;Management of customers through sofware&#9679;Approval followup through sofware&#9679;Creditors follow up through sofware and calling&#9679;Online platform reviews + followups through staff through sofware&#9679;Marketing manamgement through staff through sofware&#9679;Attending our exhibitions nearby on our expense if needed&#9679;Customer reffrences + birthays collection through staff through sofware&#9679;Orders management through order register through sofware&#9679;Meeting each customer and assume their satisfaction to take required decisions accordingly through calls&#9679;Hallmarking of each and every piece through sofware&#9679;Stock tally management through sofware&#9679;Rule management through sofware&#9679;Time and attendance management through sofware&#9679;To welcome the guests/customers,understand their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction through sofware&#9679;Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.&#9679;To engage with the customer, understand the customer&rsquo;s requirement .&#9679;Provide exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.&#9679;Assist in managing the overall Store ambiance through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.)&#9679;Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.&#9679;Monitor inventory levels, and manage stock&#9679;Timings 10;30 - 8;30 maybe 9pm if customer present&#9679;Accommodation available for male+2&#9679;Salary: &#8377;35000- &#8377;40000 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
