■REQUIREMENT:-

■Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry.

■Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.

■In-depth knowledge of different types of jewellery .

Job Role -

●Having In-depth knowledge of different types of jewellery through sofware

●Manage stock inward out through sofware

●Hallmarking of each and every product through staff through sofware

●Customer greeting through sofware and live

●Management of online customers through sofware

●Management of orders through sofware

●Management of customers through sofware

●Approval followup through sofware

●Creditors follow up through sofware and calling

●Online platform reviews + followups through staff through sofware

●Marketing manamgement through staff through sofware

●Attending our exhibitions nearby on our expense if needed

●Customer reffrences + birthays collection through staff through sofware

●Orders management through order register through sofware

●Meeting each customer and assume their satisfaction to take required decisions accordingly through calls

●Hallmarking of each and every piece through sofware

●Stock tally management through sofware

●Rule management through sofware

●Time and attendance management through sofware

●To welcome the guests/customers,understand their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction through sofware

●Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

●To engage with the customer, understand the customer’s requirement .

●Provide exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

●Assist in managing the overall Store ambiance through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.)

●Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

●Monitor inventory levels, and manage stock

●Timings 10;30 - 8;30 maybe 9pm if customer present

●Salary: ₹35000- ₹40000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
