Job Title: Floor ManagerLocation: Habsiguda , Hyderabad Company: Navkar gold world Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Floor Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage staff and maintain smooth floor functioning.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:1. Store Operations &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor.</li><li>Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory staff for replenishment.</li><li>Manage cash counter operations and ensure accurate daily reporting.</li></ul>2. Team Management &amp; Training<ul><li>Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.</li><li>Conduct daily briefings, assign responsibilities, and track staff performance.</li><li>Train new employees on customer service, sales techniques, and store procedures.</li><li>Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and punctuality standards.</li></ul>3. Customer Service Excellence<ul><li>Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and a great shopping experience.</li><li>Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.</li></ul>4. Sales &amp; Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.</li><li>Set sales targets and ensure team achievement through effective floor management.</li><li>Coordinate with management on promotions, offers, and in-store events to drive sales.</li></ul>5.
