About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Floor Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage staff and maintain smooth floor functioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory staff for replenishment.
  • Manage cash counter operations and ensure accurate daily reporting.

2. Team Management & Training

  • Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct daily briefings, assign responsibilities, and track staff performance.
  • Train new employees on customer service, sales techniques, and store procedures.
  • Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and punctuality standards.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and a great shopping experience.
  • Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

4. Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Set sales targets and ensure team achievement through effective floor management.
  • Coordinate with management on promotions, offers, and in-store events to drive sales.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Work closely with store manager and marketing team for promotional activities.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail/hospitality management.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a floor management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and store operations.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience + Incentives

Schedule:

Full-time | Weekend availability required
