Bartender &ndash; CIELO (Opening Team)CIELO is seeking dynamic and experienced bartenders to join our opening team for a high-end supper club and cocktail concept. We are looking for individuals with great energy, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for elevated bar programs.Our bartenders play a key role in delivering an immersive guest experience while executing a complex, curated cocktail menu and working alongside a creative bar program.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and execute high-quality cocktails from an elevated and detailed menu</li><li>Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, upscale environment</li><li>Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain consistency in the bar program</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar station</li><li>Demonstrate strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques</li><li>Engage with guests while maintaining efficiency and service standards</li><li>Assist with bar prep, inventory awareness, and service readiness</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in high-volume or upscale venues</li><li>Familiarity with craft cocktails and complex drink builds</li><li>Strong knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail techniques</li><li>Positive energy and strong team-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment</li><li>Professional appearance and hospitality-driven attitude</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Training will begin soon in preparation for our official opening</li><li>Opportunity to be part of an exciting new concept from the ground up</li><li>Competitive earning potential</li></ul>If you are passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and delivering memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.Apply to join the CIELO opening team.Work Location: In person
