Bartender – CIELO (Opening Team)

CIELO is seeking dynamic and experienced bartenders to join our opening team for a high-end supper club and cocktail concept. We are looking for individuals with great energy, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for elevated bar programs.

Our bartenders play a key role in delivering an immersive guest experience while executing a complex, curated cocktail menu and working alongside a creative bar program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality cocktails from an elevated and detailed menu
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain consistency in the bar program
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar station
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
• Engage with guests while maintaining efficiency and service standards
• Assist with bar prep, inventory awareness, and service readiness

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume or upscale venues
• Familiarity with craft cocktails and complex drink builds
• Strong knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail techniques
• Positive energy and strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Professional appearance and hospitality-driven attitude
