We are committed to providing exceptional legal representation while maintaining a supportive, collaborative work environment for our team.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in personal injury law.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, and court filings</li><li>Maintain accurate case calendars and ensure compliance with all deadlines</li><li>Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, and outside vendors</li><li>Assist with discovery processes, including document production and review</li><li>Schedule depositions, mediations, and court appearances</li><li>Conduct client interviews and maintain regular client communication</li><li>Organize and maintain case files and documentation</li><li>Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings</li><li>Handle correspondence with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties</li><li>Perform legal research as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in litigation support</li><li>Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously</li><li>Experience in personal injury law preferred but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance coverage</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation time</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on meaningful cases that help injured clients</li></ul>Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and references.
