Senior B2B Travel Sales ManagerLocation: New DelhiExperience: Minimum 5 years in travel industry (with strong B2B / sales experience)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, source and onboard new B2B clients (travel agents, corporates, tour operators) for travel products.</li><li>Generate leads, pitch proposals, and close partnerships for travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.).</li><li>Maintain, nurture and upsell to existing B2B clients to maximize revenue.</li><li>Liaise with internal operations / backend teams to ensure deliverability, pricing, inventory &amp; service standards.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor offers, and client feedback to improve offerings.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms, margins, commission structures with clients &amp; partners.</li><li>Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and report pipeline, forecasts, performance.</li><li>Represent company in travel trade events, roadshows, client visits.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams for B2B campaigns, co-brand promotions.</li></ul>Requirements / Skills<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the travel industry.</li><li>Good network among travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel buyers.</li><li>Strong negotiation &amp; closing skills.</li><li>Understanding of travel products (packages, flights, hotels, transfers) and margins.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation &amp; relationship management skills.</li><li>Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive fixed + commission / incentive structure</li><li>Travel exposure, industry networking opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;90,316.41 per monthWork Location: In person
